Hauck](/Our-People/Stephen-G-Hauck) is mentioned as counsel to MetLife Insurance Co. in the *Law360* article ​“Dentons, Kaplowitz Steer $87M NYU-Benchmark Property Deal.” The article discusses New York University’s School of Medicine’s purchase of an $87.5 million purchase of a Gramercy Park rental property from Benchmark Real Estate Group. NYU is assuming $42 million of existing loans with MetLife as the insurer has been involved with the property since late 2014 when it provided a $10.1 million loan for the building.
