Partner [Robert D. Bickford, Jr. ](/Our-People/Robert-D-Bickford-Jr) is noted as lead counsel to REIT Columbia Property Trust Inc. on three real estate acquisitions for $588 million in the *Law360* article ​“Six Firms Guide REIT Columbia Property Trust’s $588M Buys.” Columbia trust paid a total of $436 million for the properties in New York, 315 Park Avenue South, and Virginia, 1881 Campus Commons Drive and $152 million for the Boston property, 116 Huntington Avenue. Mr. Bickford said the real estate investment management company has been a longtime client of the firm.
