In the *Law360* article, ​“Kelley Drye, Willkie Farr Steer $850M NYC Loan,” partners [Robert D. Bickford Jr.](/Our-People/Robert-D-Bickford-Jr) and [James F. Jacobus ](/Our-People/James-F-Jacobus)are noted as counsel to AXA Equitable Life Insurance Co., MetLife Real Estate Investments and New York Life Insurance Co. in connection with an $850 million loan to Paramount Group Inc. for 1301 Avenue of the Americas. Paramount recently completed a $500 million mortgage deal for 31 West 52nd Street with AXA and MetLife. Mr. Bickford highlighted the similarities between the most recent loan and the West 52nd mortgage. ​“It was a very cooperative, collaborative effort. We drew extensively on the background from the recently closed loan at 31 W. 52nd St.,” he said. ​“We were able to get it done on a very expeditious schedule.”
