Partner [Paul Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal) was mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Commerce Readies Tariffs On Steel Wire Rod From 5 Allies.” The U.S. Department of Commerce decided to place duties on wire rod shipments from Italy, South Korea, Spain, Turkey and the United Kingdom after finding they had benefited from unfair trade and pricing tactics. The investigation began after Gerdau Ameristeel US Inc., Nucor Corp., Keystone Consolidated and Charter Steel filed petitions against the five countries last year.

The U.S. producers, Gerdau Ameristeel US Inc., Keystone Consolidated and Charter Steel, are represented by Paul Rosenthal.
