Byroade](/Our-People/Melissa-E-Byroade) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Nigeria’s Counsel Allowed to Withdraw In $276M Award Case.” In a recent decision, U.S. District Judge Paul L. Friedman said that two law firms representing Nigeria could withdraw as counsel from an ongoing dispute over a $275 million arbitration award favoring Kelley Drye client Continental Transfert Technique Ltd., a Nigerian identity card manufacturer.
