In the *Law360* article, ​“Kelley Drye Aids Allianz’s $89M NYC Office Loan Deal,” partner and real estate practice group co-chair [Paul A. Keenan](/Our-People/Paul-A-Keenan) is recognized as Allianz Real Estate’s legal representation in the lending transaction. Allianz provided an $89.1 million financing package to the new owners of a 20-story office tower in Midtown Manhattan. The loan comes a few months after the building secured a new owner, 386 Park South LLC.
