Partner [Deron Green ](/Our-People/Deron-L-Green)was mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Kelley Drye, Seyfarth Shaw Steer $92M NYC Hotel Loan,” as counsel to Aareal Capital in a $92 million loan to a venture that includes Stonebridge Cos. for the Renaissance New York Midtown Hotel at 218 W. 34th St. Of the $92 million, $24 million is new capital for the hotel and the remainder is assumption and refinance of debt on the property.
