In the article ​“Bryant Park Hotel Lobs $50M Trademark Suit At New Neighbor,” *Law360* identified partner [Andrea L. Calvaruso](/Our-People/Andrea-L-Calvaruso) as counsel to Philips Bryant Park LLC (PBP), the owners of The Bryant Park Hotel, in a $50 million trademark infringement lawsuit against HFZ Capital Group LLC. The Kelley Drye team filed a complaint in the Southern District of New York saying that HFZ Capital ignored PBP’s trademarks of ​“The Bryant Park” and ​“The Bryant Park Hotel” and created a website with the domain name www​.the​bryant​nyc​.com for its planned luxury boutique hotel and condominiums to be marketed as ​“The Bryant.”
