Partner [Alan Luberda](/Our-People/R-Alan-Luberda) and associate [Joshua Morey](/Our-People/Joshua-Morey) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Commerce Issues Correction To German Steel Tariff Errors.” The Department of Commerce recently announced it was revising the preliminary dumping duties it imposed earlier this month on German carbon and alloy cut-to-plate steel, imposing anti-dumping duties on one company while lowering the overall rate in response to what it said were mistakes in its calculations. The determinations came in response to petitions filed in April by ArcelorMittal USA, Nucor Corp. and SSAB Enterprises in April seeking anti-dumping duties on CTL plate from 12 countries. ArcelorMittal USA is represented by Mr. Luberda and Mr. Morey.
