Partner [Kathy Cannon ](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon)was quoted in the *Law360* article ​“ITC Greenlights Tariffs On Chinese Tool Chests, Cabinets.” The U.S. International Trade Commission decided illegally subsidized shipments of Chinese tool chests and cabinets are hurting U.S. producers. Kathy told *Law360* that Waterloo, a Missouri-based company harmed by imported tool chests and cabinets, was very pleased with the vote. ​“This action has already helped to save and expand jobs and sales at the operations of petitioner, Waterloo Industries, in Sedalia, Missouri,” Cannon said. ​“This trade action also helped prevent the closure of U.S. manufacturer, MBI, located in Franklin Park, Illinois, which was on the brink of shutdown when the case was filed.”
