Firm partner and chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice, [Eric Wilson](/Our-People/Eric-R-Wilson) and partner [Jason Adams](/Our-People/Jason-R-Adams) were mentioned in the *Law360* article, ​“Macaroni Grill’s $5M DIP Loan Cleared, But Plan Fight Looms,” as representing the official committee of unsecured creditors. The article discussed the approval of Macaroni Grill’s $5 million post-petition loan and some of the concerns that unsecured creditors had with the DIP financing. ​“Peace did break out at the final second. The DIP enhanced the deal from the creditors’ perspective. We certainly have some concerns about the value propositions,” Mr. Adams said.
