# *Law360* Mentions Kelley Drye’s Representation of Unsecured Creditors Committee in Papa Gino’s Bankruptcy

Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group chair [Eric Wilson](/Our-People/Eric-R-Wilson) and partner [Jason Adams](/Our-People/Jason-R-Adams) were mentioned in *Law360* article, ​“Papa Gino’s Gets Approval On Ch. 11 Bidding Procedures.” The bidding procedures were being proposed on a consensual basis among all parties to the case after Papa Gino’s resolved comments on the order from many of its landlords and other stakeholders. The New England pizza parlor and sandwich shop chain received bankruptcy court approval in Delaware for its Chapter 11 auction plans that call for the sale of its more than 140 restaurants by late January. The committee is represented by Eric and Jason.
