Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group chair [Eric Wilson](https://www.kelleydrye.com/Our-People/Eric-R-Wilson), partner [Jason Adams](https://www.kelleydrye.com/Our-People/Jason-R-Adams) and senior associate [Maeghan McLoughlin](https://www.kelleydrye.com/Our-People/Maeghan-J-McLoughlin) were mentioned in *Law360* article, ​“Houlihan’s Confirms Ch. 11 Plan With Creditor Settlement.” Houlihan’s parent company received court approval for a Chapter 11 plan that embodies a settlement with creditors that will likely provide some recovery for unsecured claims.

Houlihan’s hit Chapter 11 just under one year ago, bringing along 55 restaurants of the same name as well as six J. Gilbert’s Wood-Fired Steak Seafood locations, eight Devon Seafood and Bristol Seafood Grill brands, and one Make Room for Truman. The company blamed rising labor costs, lease expenses and competition fueled by food-delivery services.

The committee is represented by Eric, Jason and Maeghan.
