# *Law360* Mentions Kelley Drye’s Representation of U.S. Tubing Producers

Kelley Drye was mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Commerce Finalizes Duties On Tubing From 6 Countries.” The U.S. Department of Commerce determined final anti-dumping duties on imports of mechanical steel tubing from Germany, India, Italy, South Korea, China and Switzerland. This decision follows a petition filed last year by five U.S. companies that stated the imports from these countries were being dumped on the U.S. market at unfairly low prices and hurting their production.

The petitioners, ArcelorMittal Tubular Products, Michigan Seamless Tube LLC, PTC Alliance Corp., Webco Industries Inc. and Zekelman Industries Inc. are represented by Kelley Drye.
