Kelley Drye was mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“ITC Agrees To Duties On Steel Wire Rod From 5 Countries.” The U.S. International Trade Commission determined anti-dumping duties on imports of carbon and alloy steel wire rod from companies in Italy, Korea, Spain, Turkey and the United Kingdom. This decision follows a petition filed in March by four U.S. companies that stated the imports from these countries were being dumped on the U.S. market and injuring domestic producers.

The petitioners, Charter Steel, Gerdau Ameristeel U.S. Inc., Keystone Consolidated Industries Inc., and Nucor Corp. are represented by Kelley Drye.
