Partners [Paul Rosenthal ](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal)and [Kathy Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon) and special counsel [Grace Kim](/Our-People/Grace-Kim) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“US Tags Chinese, Indian Polyester With Final Tariffs.” After examining polyester imports from China and India, Commerce found that these countries collected illegal government subsidies to gain a position in the U.S. market. Paul told *Law360* that his clients were ​“pleased with the results” of the investigation.
