Partner [John Herrmann](/Our-People/John-M-Herrmann-II), senior associate [Brooke Ringel](/Our-People/Brooke-M-Ringel) and associate [Josh Morey](/Our-People/Joshua-Morey) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“US Sets Early Duties In Self-Triggered Dumping Probe.” For the first time since 1985, Commerce decided to self-initiate anti-dumping and countervailing duty probes on Chinese aluminum sheet after determining that the imports were being sold at unfairly low prices.

The domestic producers working group is represented by John, Brooke and Josh.
