Partner [Bill Jackson](/Our-People/William-J-Jackson) was mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“San Diego Looks To Dodge Monsanto PCB Counterclaims.” The article discusses counterclaims from Monsanto Co. and two of its former subsidiaries that the city of San Diego was responsible for PCB contamination in San Diego Bay. The city told a California federal judge that Monsanto was attempting to deflect responsibility for the contamination back to the city.
