Partners [John Herrmann](/Our-People/John-M-Herrmann-II), [Paul Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal) and [Kathy Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon) and special counsel [Grace Kim](/Our-People/Grace-Kim) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Preliminary Duties On Chinese Foil Might Restart WTO Brawl.” The U.S. Department of Commerce made a preliminary decision that imports of certain aluminum from China are being sold at a less than fair value in the United States, after the Aluminum Association petitioned for the tariffs. The decision to keep treating Beijing as a nonmarket economy could kick a current World Trade Organization case between China and the US into high gear.

The Aluminum Association is represented by John, Paul, Kathy, and Grace.
