Partner [Chip Yorkgitis](/Our-People/Chip-Yorkgitis) was mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“AT&T, Time Warner Fight Alternative Merger Fix.” RCN and the American Cable Association (ACA) filed a motion looking to weigh in on the AT&T and Time Warner case. RCN and ACA argued that if the judge finds that a deal will violate antitrust law without any condition, he has the capability to impose a revised version of an arbitration offer made by the companies.

RCN and ACA is represented by Chip.
