Asks 11th Circ. To Nix Deal Over $9M Merger.” Peerless, a telecommunications firm, asked the Eleventh Circuit to reverse a $9 milllion ruling agreement between it and Blitz Telecom Consulting, claiming a Florida district court abused its discretion by not holding a hearing before implementing a settlement.
