Partners [Paul Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal) and [Kathy Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon) and special counsel [David Smith](/Our-People/David-C-Smith) and [Brooke Ringel](/Our-People/Brooke-M-Ringel) were mentioned in the *Law360* article, ​“ITC Finds Taiwanese, Korean Low-Melt Fiber Imports Hurt US.” In the wake of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s announcement of import tariffs on low-melt polyester staple fiber last month, the U.S. International Trade Commission declared on July 19th that Korean and Taiwanese imports sold at less than fair value harm U.S. producers. Korean and Taiwanese product account for 98 percent of U.S. low-melt polyester staple fiber imports. ​“The actions of the \[ITC\] and the Commerce Department will allow for the domestic industry to obtain much needed relief from unfairly traded imports. The executives and workers in the industry very much appreciate the hard work of the agencies,” Paul stated in an email.

Nan Ya is represented by Paul, Kathy, David, and Brooke.
