Kelly Drye was mentioned in the *Law360* article, ​“Drugmakers Beat Health Plan’s Generic Price Inflation Suit” as representatives of Mylan Laboratories Inc. The Kelley Drye team consisting of partners [William Escobar](/Our-People/William-A-Escobar) and [Cliff Katz](/Our-People/Clifford-Katz) succeeded in obtaining dismissal of a class action suit against Mylan in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
