Partners [Alan Luberda](/Our-People/R-Alan-Luberda), [Paul Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal), and [Kathy Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon) and senior associate [Brooke Ringel ](/Our-People/Brooke-M-Ringel)were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“US Readies Preliminary Tariffs On Tubing From 6 Countries.” The U.S. Department of Commerce set a new round of preliminary duties on steel tubing exporters from Germany, India, Italy, South Korea, China and after a group of five U.S. producers petitioned the U.S. for anti-dumping duties.

The U.S. petitioners, ArcelorMittal Tubular Product, Michigan Seamless Tube LLC, PTC Alliance Corp., Webco Industries Inc. and Zekelman Industries Inc. are represented by Alan, Paul, Kathy and Brooke.
