Partner [David Frulla](/Our-People/David-E-Frulla) and special counsel [Elizabeth Johnson](/Our-People/Elizabeth-C-Johnson) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Anglers Seek Quick Win In Bid To Block $43M NY Wind Farm.” A $42.5 million lease was granted by the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management to Statoil Wind for a wind farm 13 miles off the coast of Long Island. Seafood industry groups, companies and several towns are saying BOEM failed to conduct a transparent leasing process or consider the potential impact on sea life and the seafood industry and are requesting the lease be blocked.

The plaintiffs, including the Fisheries Survival Fund, Sea Fresh USA and Narragansett, Rhode Island are represented by David and Elizabeth.
