Partner [Kathy Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon) was quoted in the *Law360* article ​“US Signals Duties On Tool Chests From China, Vietnam.” Commerce found Chinese and Vietnamese tool chests and cabinets have been sold on the U.S. market at less than fair value and have issued a preliminary set of import tariffs on the goods. ​“We are very pleased with the Commerce preliminary finding that calculates substantial margins of dumping by both China and Vietnam in sales of tool chests in the U.S. market,” Kathy noted. ​“Remedial duties are badly needed to address these unfair pricing practices and the injury these imports have caused to the U.S. industry and its workers.”
