Partners [Paul Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal), [Kathy Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon) and [Alan Luberda](/Our-People/R-Alan-Luberda) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Chinese Steel Plate Producer Hit With Countervailing Duty.” The U.S. Department of Commerce hit Tiangong Tools Co. Ltd. with countervailing duties on its steel cut-to-length plates. This investigation is part of a larger trade remedy probe that began in April 2016 when U.S. companies – SSAB Enterprises LLC, ArcelorMittal USA LLC and Nucor Corp. – filed petitions against China, South Korea and other countries’ carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate shipments.

ArcelorMittal is represented by Paul, Kathy and Alan.
