Partners [Robert D. Bickford Jr.](/Our-People/Robert-D-Bickford-Jr) and [W. Christian Drewes](/Our-People/W-Christian-Drewes) were mentioned as counsel to AXA in $1.9 billion sale of a Manhattan skyscraper in the *Law360* article ​“Three Firms Guide $1.9B NY Skyscraper Deal.” The building, 787 Seventh Avenue, was sold by the American subsidiary of insurer AXA, represented by Kelley Drye, to California Public Employees’ Retirement System. The parties agreed on the deal in December and finalized it in January.
