Denied In TCPA Suit Against Medtox Scientific.” The article reports that a Minnesota federal judge refused to certify and partially tossed a proposed Telephone Consumer Protection Act class action alleging laboratory testing company Medtox Scientific Inc. sent unsolicited fax advertisements to a chiropractic clinic and other plaintiffs, finding the class definition was too broad.
