Kelley Drye is mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Cable Org Pushes To Ease Net Neutrality Rules For Small ISPs.” The article covers an ex parte filing submitted by Kelley Drye & Warren LLP to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) which indicates that Senior American Cable Association (ACA) representatives met with the FCC on August 18th to argue that the agency should make permanent the transparency exemption it has already temporarily granted to ISPs with fewer than 100,000 broadband customers. The filing said that ACA senior vice president of government affairs Ross Lieberman told the FCC that around 680 of the organization’s approximately 700 local broadband service providers with fewer than 100,000 customers have fewer than 20,000 subscribers.
