Phillips’ decision to tentatively dismiss a putative class action in which gamers claim that online features of Take-Two Interactive Software Inc.’s ​“Grand Theft Auto V” were not available as advertised before its online multiplayer mode launched. Judge Phillips found in her ruling that an alleged delay over the game’s online functionality didn’t harm gamers’ wallets, but granted ​“one final amendment” of the lawsuit.
