Kelley Drye was mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Verizon Hit With $1.3M Tariff Suit” as counsel to Peerless Network of New York LLC in a breach of contract lawsuit against Verizon Communications Inc. Partner [Henry T. Kelly](/Our-People/Henry-T-Kelly) is bringing this suit on behalf of Peerless Network, arguing that Verizon violated an interconnection agreement the two companies signed in October 2007. Peerless claims Verizon owes it more than $1.3 million for transit service tariffs and tandem transit service record processing charges.
