Special counsel [Aaron Rosenfeld](/Our-People/Aaron-D-Rosenfeld) was listed as counsel in the *Law360* article ​“Kelley Drye, Arnold & Porter Steer $96M Va. Property Deal.” Aaron represented an affiliate of Finmarc Management, Inc. in its $96 million purchase of eight Virginia properties from REIT First Potomac Realty Trust. The portfolio is comprised of 26 buildings that have a combined 950,000 square feet of leasable space. The buildings are approximately 78% leased to more than 70 tenants.
