Kelley Drye is listed as trial counsel for JPMorgan Chase in a November 29, 2012 article in *Law360* entitled ​“JPMorgan Dodges Suit Over Tax Liability In Trading Unit Sale.” Following an eight day bench trial in the Southern District of New York, U.S. District Judge Victor Marrero dismissed a breach of contract suit brought by financial technology provider NES Financial Corp. against JPMorgan Chase Bank NA over the bank’s alleged failure to disclose potential tax liabilities when NES bought one of its asset trading units. Partner **David I. Zalman** was co-counsel in the case for JPMorgan Chase.
