Partners [Kathleen W. Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon), [R. Alan Luberda](/Our-People/R-Alan-Luberda), and [Paul C. Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“DOC Hits Four Nations’ Cold-Rolled Steel With Early Duties.” The U.S. Department of Commerce recently unveiled its preliminary set of duties on cold-rolled steel products from China, Brazil, India and Russia after determining that the goods received unfair government subsidies. Commerce’s preliminary countervailing duty margins represent the latest step in a massive trade case launched earlier this year by AK Steel Corp., ArcelorMittal USA LLC and other domestic steelmakers who cried foul over the foreign imports. ArcelorMittal is represented by Ms. Cannon, Mr. Luberda, and Mr. Rosenthal.
