Ringel](/Our-People/Brooke-M-Ringel) were listed in the *Law360* article ​“Commerce Says Foreign Producers Dumped Plastic Resin.” The U.S. Department of Commerce on Monday announced affirmative final determinations in anti-dumping duty investigations of imports of a plastic resin from Canada, China, India and Oman that are commonly used to make soda and water bottles. Commerce initiated a less-than-fair-value investigation last year following anti-dumping and countervailing duty petitions filed last March by DAK, M&G Chemicals and Nan Ya Plastics Corp. America. The petitioning companies are represented by Ms. Cannon, Mr. Rosenthal, Mr. Smith, Ms. Kim and Ms. Ringel.
