Partner [R. Alan Luberda](/Our-People/R-Alan-Luberda) and associate [Joshua R. Morey](/Our-People/Joshua-Morey) are mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“US Doles Out More Preliminary Tariffs In Steel Row.” The U.S. Department of Commerce recently unveiled preliminary anti-dumping duties in one of a litany of trade cases launched by the U.S. steel industry, this time readying new tariffs on cut-to-length plate from China, Japan and seven other countries. The determinations came in response to petitions filed in April by ArcelorMittal USA, Nucor Corp. and SSAB Enterprises in April seeking anti-dumping duties on CTL plate from 12 countries. ArcelorMittal USA is represented by Mr. Luberda and Mr. Morey.
