# Law360 Lists Kelley Drye Attorneys as Counsel to Liquidation Trustee in OCZ Bankruptcy

Partner [Eric R. Wilson](/Our-People/Eric-R-Wilson) and special counsel [Jason R. Adams](/Our-People/Jason-R-Adams) are mentioned as Counsel to Peter S. Kravitz, the liquidation trustee for a trust established by OCZ Technology Group Inc.‘s Chapter 11 plan, in the *Law360* article ​“OCZ Judge Delays $7.5M Deal For Trustee To Probe Claims”. A bankruptcy judge has granted the request of the trustee to hold off allowing a $7.5 million settlement to go forward in order to permit a claims investigation. Mr. Wilson says the decision was ​“vindication for Peter Kravitz” and that the judge was not ​“duped” by what the attorney said was the lead plaintiffs’ attempt to make an end run around the bankruptcy court to push through the settlement.
