Adams](/Our-People/Jason-R-Adams) are mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“OCZ Trustee Says Class Action Plaintiffs Flouted Ch. 11 Stay.” The article discusses OCZ Technology Group Inc.’s lead plaintiff’s disregard for an automatic stay, preventing additional litigation against the bankrupt company. in a California class action. ​“It was clearly a violation and it was clearly willful,” says Mr. Adams, who is representing the liquidating trustee with Mr. Wilson. Mr. Adams affirmed that under the relevant bankruptcy rule, a ​“willful” violation is established simply by the actor knowing the stay is in place and engaging in an intentional act.
