Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“ITC Gives Green Light To Latest Round Of Steel Tariffs.” The U.S. International Trade Commission opened the door for a new round of anti-dumping and countervailing duties on hot-rolled steel from seven countries, handing U.S. steelmakers another win in their ongoing crusade against unfairly traded imports. The results are the latest among a fleet of cases lodged by the U.S. steel industry over the past 18 months. Engineering the petitions for hot-rolled steel duties were such industry leaders as AK Steel Corp., ArcelorMittal USA LLC, Nucor Corp., SSAB Enterprises LLC, Steel Dynamics Inc. and U.S. Steel Corp. ArcelorMittal are represented by Mr. Luberda, Mr. Rosenthal, and Mr. Cannon.
