Byroade](/Our-People/Melissa-E-Byroade) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Nigeria Can’t Fight Asset Seizure In $276M Award Case.” In a victory for Kelley Drye client Continental Transfert Technique Ltd., a D.C. federal judge ruled that Nigeria could not invoke a broad sweep of evidence to fight enforcement of a $276 million arbitration award favoring the identity card manufacturer.
