# Law360 Lists International Trade Team as Counsel to US Steel Manufacturer

Kim](/Our-People/Grace-Kim) were listed as counsel to Edsal Manufacturing Co. Inc. in the *Law360* article ​“Chinese Shelving Likely Dumped in US, Commerce Says.” The article covered an announcement by the Department of Commerce, saying it had preliminarily concluded that prepackaged Chinese boltless steel shelving units were likely being sold in the United States at less than fair value during the first half of 2014. Commerce’s International Trade Administration launched the initial probes in response to petitions filed last August by Edsal, which sought anti-dumping and countervailing duty orders to offset the unfair economic advantage the Chinese imports are currently receiving in the U.S. market.
