Partners [Kathleen W. Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon), [R. Alan Luberda](/Our-People/R-Alan-Luberda), and [Paul C. Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal) are mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Steel Dumping Harmed US Under New Law, ITC Told.” The article outlines briefs by domestic steel makers AK Steel Corp. and ArcelorMittal USA LLC to the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). They are both urging the ITC to apply the recent American Trade Enforcement Effectiveness Act to conclude that dumping has harmed U.S. industry. ArcelorMittal is represented by Ms. Cannon, Mr. Luberda, and Mr. Rosenthal, and offered examples of how the U.S. cold-rolled steel industry has suffered. ​“Surging volumes of unfairly traded cold-rolled steel imports from the eight subject countries have wreaked havoc in the U.S. market in 2014 and the first half of 2015,” the company said. ​“At a time when demand was strong and the domestic industry should have been able to benefit substantially in its sales and financial performance, the industry instead found itself scrambling for sales, watching prices plummet and struggling to utilize its capacity.”
