Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal) are mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Commerce Scoops Up Sprawling Cold-Rolled Steel Trade Case.” The article explains that the U.S. Department of Commerce has responded to a petition filed at the end of July by AK Steel Corp., ArcelorMittal USA LLC and other domestic steel makers, initiating a litany of anti-dumping and countervailing duty probes aimed at determining whether foreign producers are selling their cold-rolled steel in the U.S. at unfairly low prices and receiving illegal government subsidies. ArcelorMittal is represented by Ms. Cannon, Mr. Luberda and Mr. Rosenthal.
