Ringel](/Our-People/Brooke-M-Ringel) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“ITC Launches Anti-Dumping Probe Into Steel Imports.” The U.S. International Trade Commission launched two investigations into claims from ArcelorMittal USA LLC and others that competing steelmakers from a dozen countries are selling their products at less than fair value in America and that some of them are being unfairly subsidized by their home governments. Arcelor Mittal is represented by Ms. Cannon, Mr. Luberda, Mr. Rosenthal, Ms. Kim and Ms. Ringel.
