# Law360 Lists International Trade Attorneys as Counsel to Petitioning U.S. Steel Producers

Partners [Kathleen W. Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon) and [John M. Herrmann](/Our-People/John-M-Herrmann-II) and senior associate [Grace W. Kim](/Our-People/Grace-Kim) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“ITC Launches Investigation Of Imported Steel From China.” The U.S. International Trade Commission has opened an investigation into allegations of unfair trade practices by Chinese producers of stainless steel sheet and strip. The investigation comes in response to a February 12th petition by U.S. steel producers AK Steel Corp., Allegheny Ludlum LLC, North American Stainless and Outokumpu Stainless USA LLC, according to the notice. The producers are represented by Ms. Cannon, Mr. Herrmann, and Ms. Kim.
