Kim](/Our-People/Grace-Kim) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Commerce Prepares Final Tariffs On Chinese Shelving Units.” The U.S. Department of Commerce on Monday affirmed its previous findings that imports of Chinese steel shelving units have been sold in the U.S. at unfairly low prices and supported by illegal government subsidies, unveiling anti-dumping duties ranging upward of 112 percent and countervailing duties topping 80 percent. The agency’s work on this issue began last year with a petition from Chicago-based Edsal Manufacturing Co. Inc. Edsal is represented by Ms. Cannon, Mr. Luberda, Mr. Rosenthal, and Ms. Kim.
