Morey](/Our-People/Joshua-Morey) were mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“Shelving Co. Hits Commerce For Improper Duty Adjustment.” Edsal Manufacturing Co. Inc., a steel shelving maker that successfully petitioned for remedial tariffs on competing Chinese merchandise, sued the U.S. Department of Commerce in the U.S. Court of International Trade on Tuesday, claiming that the agency improperly trimmed the cash deposit rate required to enter the merchandise. Edsal is represented by Ms. Cannon, Mr. Luberda, Mr. Rosenthal, Ms. Kim and Mr. Morey.
