Partners [Kathleen W. Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon) and [Paul C. Rosenthal](/Our-People/Paul-C-Rosenthal), special counsel [David C. Smith](/Our-People/David-C-Smith), senior associate [Grace W. Kim](/Our-People/Grace-Kim), and associate [Brooke M. Ringel](/Our-People/Brooke-M-Ringel) were listed in the *Law360* article ​“Commerce Finds That India, China Subsidized Plastic Resin.” Under a countervailing duty investigation requested by DAK Americas LLC, M&G Chemicals and Nan Ya Plastics Corp. America, the U.S. Commerce Department says that it has found evidence that Chinese and Indian companies are receiving government support to import cheap polyethylene terephthalate resin. Kelley Drye’s international trade team filed the petition on behalf of the three companies. ​“We look forward to finding out more about the Commerce Department’s calculations,” said Mr. Rosenthal.
