Alan Luberda](/Our-People/R-Alan-Luberda) are mentioned in the *Law360* article ​“US Steelmakers File Massive Trade Case Against 8 Nations.” The article covers a complaint lodged by a coalition of domestic steel producers with the U.S. government, demanding remedial tariffs on steel products used in the automotive and construction industries originating from eight trading partners, including China, South Korea and Brazil. Several United States steelmakers, including ArcelorMittal USA LLC, filed petitions with the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. ArcelorMittal USA LLC is represented by Ms. Cannon, Mr. Rosenthal, and Mr. Luberda.
